Dosage:

-
Daily Dose: 1 ounce of cacao
-
Ceremonial Dose: 1.5 ounces of cacao
I exclusively use Keith’s ceremonial cacao for its quality and energy.

Ingredients:

-
2 ounces hot water
-
2 ounces nut milk (or double the hot water if you prefer)
-
1 teaspoon sweetener (maple syrup, brown sugar, or honey)
-
A pinch of Himalayan pink salt
-
Optional spices: cinnamon, cardamom, cayenne, ginger

Instructions:

-
Shave the Cacao: Use a food processor, cheese grater, or knife to finely shave the Keith’s cacao bar into small pieces
-
Measure: Use a kitchen scale to measure the appropriate amount of cacao for your desired dose.
-
Heat Water: Heat 2 ounces of water per serving (4 ounces if not using nut milk) until just below boiling.
-
Warm Nut Milk: If using nut milk, gently warm 2 ounces per serving.
-
Mix: Add the hot water to the cacao in your cup, along with a pinch of Himalayan pink salt and sweetener if desired. Let it sit for 15 seconds.
-
Blend: Use a hand frother, blender, or whisk to blend until smooth and frothy.

Combine: Stir in the warmed nut milk and any additional spices to taste.
-
Enjoy: Sip with intention and let the magic of cacao nourish your body and soul.
