Join us for a morning of gratitude and cacao at Unalome in Sausalito. Together, we’ll sit in ceremony, setting intentions of thankfulness for the past year and the year to come. Let's gather together and make space to connect with yourself.

Cacao and Restore
As fall arrives in Northern California, the crisp smell of bay laurel and redwood fills my favorite hiking trails. I’m shifting my focus from summer adventures. Travel often reminds me of the importance of rest, so I’m excited to share a new series this fall: combining ceremonial cacao and restorative yoga.
Restorative yoga is all about deliberate rest, using props for ultimate comfort and allowing space to relax and daydream. Paired with cacao, this becomes a truly rejuvenating experience. If you’re feeling scattered, stressed, or struggling with the seasonal transition, this series is for you. Join me every other Wednesday starting October 2 at 8:30 am at Evergreen Wellness Studio in San Rafael.

Cacao Ceremony and Forest Bathing - Fundraiser for Cancer Support
​Date & Time: Saturday, November 16th, 10 a.m.
Location: Mill Valley (Exact address disclosed upon registration)

Join me for a serene and grounding experience, sitting with cacao in the woods and connecting with nature. We will embark on a short, gentle hike to a peaceful spot, where we’ll drink cacao and engage our senses in the beauty of the forest. Afterward, you’ll have the option to either continue hiking or exit the forest easily.

This cacao circle is a fundraiser to support my work with individuals journeying through cancer. Currently, I am working with a client based in the UK living with metastatic cancer. Your entire contribution goes to providing financial support for this work.

Registration: To register, send your desired donation via Venmo with the title “Woods Fundraiser.”

Suggested Contribution: $25 to $150
Your donation is deeply appreciated, and you are welcome to contribute any amount that feels right for you within this range. Every contribution helps sustain this important work.

Full Moon Cacao & Sound Healing Ceremony
Join me and Stacy Ditta for a transformative evening of ceremonial cacao and sound healing, harnessing the energy of the Full Moon to deepen your connection with yourself and the universe.
Ceremonial cacao is a gentle yet powerful heart opener, allowing you to access clarity, focus, and creativity without the jolt of caffeine. Paired with the soothing vibrations of sound healing, this experience will guide you into a state of inner calm and heightened awareness, perfect for setting new intentions or releasing what no longer serves you.
